Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by calling or messaging us before they are packed or dispatched.

Due to the nature of fireworks, opened or used products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported at the time of delivery or pickup; we will review and resolve them case by case.
